What to include

For a correction, tell us the restaurant, what is wrong and what it should say. A photo of a menu or a receipt helps. For a new-location tip, send the street address and where you saw the sign. We only use your email to reply, as our privacy policy explains, and the terms of use cover how we handle corrections you send.

If you need to reach the restaurant itself for a reservation, delivery or a complaint, use the phone number on its page, such as Levittown or Austin. We cannot take orders or bookings.

For the restaurant owners

If you represent Ugly Dumpling and want something changed or removed, write to the same address. We respond to takedown and correction requests promptly. See the disclaimer for how we describe the relationship.

What we can and cannot help with

We can correct a wrong address, phone number, price or hours on this site, add a new restaurant, and answer questions about how the pages are put together. We cannot take reservations, place orders, handle refunds or speak for the restaurant.

For anything about a specific meal, use the restaurant’s own phone number, shown on each location page. For example, Levittown is (516) 980-5582 and Richmond is (804) 251-1031.

How fast we reply

We aim to reply to corrections within a few days. A short message with a photo of the menu or receipt gets a faster fix than a long one without evidence. See the editorial policy for how we handle corrections.
