What was reported at opening
Richmond BizSense reported that the restaurant is about 6,500 square feet, with a display kitchen where diners can watch dumplings being made. At opening, hours were Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Hours change, so call before a late visit.
The same report put dim sum at roughly $5 to $10 and soup dumplings at about $9 to $14, and said prices are the same at every location. The signature xiao long bao were described with chicken, pork, cucumber and crab.
The Richmond story
The restaurant is the city’s first and the chain’s second in Virginia. The company describes the goal as becoming "the premier polished casual Chinese restaurant in America".
