The Tampa Bay Times reported in June 2026 on a Shanghai-inspired dumpling house planned for New Tampa, one of three Florida restaurants, with Gainesville and Kissimmee to follow. A Tampa Bay Beacons item on July 2, 2026 said it was under construction, with a "coming soon" banner out front.
Those reports are the last concrete construction news we have, and the restaurant is still marked coming soon. Look for recent photos or reviews at the address before assuming it is open.
New Tampa borders Wesley Chapel, so diners there will be among the closest to this restaurant once it opens.
